检查井砌筑技术要点

(1)在已安装完毕的排水管的检查井位置处，放出检查井中心位置线，按检查井尺寸摆出井壁砖墙位置。

(2)在检查井基础面上，先铺砂浆后再砌砖，一般采用一丁一顺或二丁一顺砌筑。每层砖上下皮竖灰缝应错开。随砌筑随检查尺寸。

(3)井内踏步，应随砌随安随座浆，其埋入深度不得小于设计规定。踏步安装后，在砌筑砂浆未达到规定强度前，不得踩踏。混凝土检查井井壁的踏步在预制或现浇时安装。

(4)排水检查井内的流槽，应在井壁砌到管顶时进行砌筑。水检查井流槽的高度与管顶齐平；雨水检查井流槽的高度为管径的1/2。当采用砖砌时，表面应用1：2水泥砂浆分层压实抹光，流槽应与上下游管道接顺。

砌筑检查井、井室和铜钟 一次性止血带 标志桩模具 钢丝轮 流水槽模具 防撞墙模具 检查井钢模具 不锈钢铸件 模锻件雨水口的内壁应用原浆勾缝，有抹面要求时，内壁抹面应分层压实，外壁用砂浆搓缝应严密。其抹面、勾缝、座浆、抹三角灰等均采用1：2水泥砂浆，抹面、勾缝用水泥砂浆的砂子应过筛。
